. YW-4 C/C Tim Toine points out a couple of hits to YW-4. Says Tim: "I felt one of the rounds come through the floor, pass through my legs and pass out the side of the A/C. Round through the bubble hit one half of a Bullet Bouncer Capt. Leighton had placed under the rudder pedals. Finally lost YW-4, 22 Jan '69, west of An Hoa on emergency resupplied, with three weeks left on tour. Took the million dollar round through the shoulder. Got back to CONUS one month later than my rotation date after recoup time in various Naval Hospitals. Gotta love the Corps, Just one good deal after another".
