Inside a CH-46A, Republic of Vietnam, 1967
Marine riflemen are ferried around in the cargo compartment of one of HMM-165's CH-46A helicopters.  This aircraft, # one-six, was 'owned' by Crew/Chief "Wizzy" Wissmar.  Note the stock and butt plate of the 7.62 mm, M-60 machine gun (featured on the left side of the photo), which were soon replaced by 50 caliber guns.
